have heavy duty covers for extra protection. All the wiring runs
inside the frame to give the machine a neater appearance and keep
wires clear of damage.
Engine Slide System disengages the engine from the cutter disk. This allows the engine to run without spinning the disk. This system also aids at startup by allowing the engine to spin without the turning the disk, minimizing wear to the starter and allowing the engine to crank over easier and at higher speeds.
Imron Paint is applied over an epoxy primer after the surface has been media blasted. This finish is then baked on to give a beautiful lasting finish which resists both corrosion and nicks.

Digitally Controlled Autofeed monitors engine rpm and stops the feed automatically. This system has the ability
to start and stop the feed of material into the chipper based on parameters set by the operator.
Precision Ground High Speed Balanced Chipping Disk. Carlton’s chipper disks are perfectly round (no flat spots like competitive chippers). They are also high speed balanced – this combination provides for an extremely smooth chipping action that prolongs bearing and machine life. Carlton’s disk shaft is also removable from the chipping disk which allows
replacement should there ever be an issue, unlike competitors who weld
theirs together.
Adjustable Height Hitch easily adjusts to different tow vehicles to keep the
chipper level and aid in safe towing.
10 1/2" Diameter Feed Roller aggressively pulls in the material to be chipped. This extra large diameter feed roller climbs over material easily, pulling it into the chipper with no assistance. The high torque bottom roller aids in the feeding.
High-torque Dual Feed Motors
provide the most infeed power of any 6" capacity
chipper. These feed motors are rated for pressures higher
than they are used at, which maximizes life.
3500 Pound Capacity Dexter Axle
